License pro (vocational degree) PA (Livestock Farming)
OBJECTIVES
Train effective future management operatives:
- Able to operate in their industry sector, having notably integrated the essential food quality and safety requirements.- able to take charge of a team.
- Able to function independently and assume decision making.
- Able to provide efficient technical and economical management for their sector.
- Able to analyse a livestock farm of farm cooperative and propose solutions to issues raised.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- Initial education: 2nd year degree or HND level, DEUST, BTS PA, BTS ACSE, BTS IAA, BTS Quality, DUT GB option AA and IAA.
- Professional education: open to level 3 or 4 employees of agricultural or food industry structures or businesses (with at least level 3 education). Special cases will be considered individually by the admissions jury with the possibility of VAE (Professional Experience Validation).
Applicants must have the required diploma or be able to prove a sufficient level of professional experience. Applications should be sent to the University of Maine admissions service, the admissions commission will then organise interviews.
